About Katrinka

I feel privileged to be a native of the Pacific Northwest, though I spent my childhood being educated and traveling around Europe and Africa with my family. When we returned to the US, I was in 7th grade, and I completed my high school education before moving to Southern California for college. No matter how many other states or countries I live in, the Pacific Northwest will always be my home. I am deeply passionate about our planet, wildlife, my family, friends, my cat, and helping others. I write poetry and share my experiences in the hopes of enlightening people. I have a husband who is also my friend and together we have a fantastic daughter. My life couldn't be more complete. I am very grateful.
